- Client to complete Fact & Finds.
- Provide a documents according to the checklist provided.
- We review the provided documents, assess borrowing capacity and recommend finance strategy, suitable lender to meet the client requirement.
- We prepare & lodge the loan application.
- Bank will take 2 to 4 working days to issue a loan approval (*depending upon the volume on their side)
