Ash’s experience involves mainly the advisory services including, but not limited to, business structuring, business valuation, business finance modelling, asset protection strategies, growth strategies, tax optimisation strategies, liquidation process (in case of an unfortunate business circumstance!) etc. Such services span out predominantly to Australian SMEs (small-to-medium enterprise) across a range of industries including Bars and Restaurants, Construction, Doctors and Health Professionals, Food and Beverages, Hotels/motels and Tourism, Legal firms, Retail, Transportation etc. to name a few.

Mahesh (Matt) Thapa is a financial consultant with over 7 years working experience in one of the Australia’s top 200 ASX-listed commercial organizations. Matt is currently pursuing further professional studies to become a CPA and add further qualification to his professional career. Matt’s experience involves mainly of a financial accountant assisting chief financial officer and his department prepare internal financial performance reports and financial charts to assist with their day-to-day decision making around organization’s finances. Over the period, Matt has developed expertise in dealing with business development managers at big four banks (with exception of some other small banks well). Clients’ looking to buy business or looking to restructure their existing capital by taking advantage of lower debt cost can leverage on Matt’s specialization around business finance to secure appropriate level of finance for their business at lowest possible cost to best match their financial needs.Besides, Matt has been engaged as an external Accountant, since past two and half years in assisting small business owners with their account keeping need including assisting them to manage their payroll, and some advisory role in areas of business such as cash flow management, capital structuring, working capital management etc.
